Too many invalid login attempts<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>The service will temporarily close your account if you have tried to log in with incorrect credentials too many times. If your account is closed, please contact us via chat or e-mail to info@wistec.fi.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>2. Multiple Office 365 accounts<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>If you have more than one Microsoft Office 365 account, make sure you have signed out of your other accounts before you sign in to Wistec Online. If necessary, select \u201cuse another account\u201d at <a href=\"https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com<\/a>. Your Wistec Online profile and activated courses can be found only through the Office 365 account linked to the service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>3. Reactivation of your credentials<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Reactivation of your credentials is required if<\/p>\n<p>a) there are more than 200 days since your last login.<br \/>b) you have not logged in for the first time more than 200 days after creating your credentials.<\/p>\n<p>Request activation of your credentials via our chat or e-mail to info@wistec.fi.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>4. The \u201cSign in\u201d button or videos will not work<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Your Internet settings may be blocking links and videos. If possible, try another browser or contact your organization&#8217;s IT support.
