      Description 

      Do you need a survey for colleagues or customers? Do you want to create rich forms and analyze their results quickly or in more detail with Excel? What if you want to be able to ask questions from the attendees of an event and have their answers visible right away on screen live? Microsoft 365 Forms is a very handy tool for doing all these things.   

      Goal 

      After the training, you will be able to build Forms, share them inside and outside the organization, and analyze the results in Excel. You are able to build a form that recipients fill in independently or during the event immediately.  

      You’ll also learn how to build rich and branching forms, customize their design to meet your organization’s requirements, present surveys in-person (or remotely), and collaborate with forms. 

      Target audience 

      The training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to create questionnaires for different uses. No previous skills are required from the participant.

      The training uses the latest version of Microsoft 365 Forms through a browser.

        Thank you for the nice learning atmosphere. The instructor clearly highlighted what are compulsory features and what are cool options. The course duration doesn’t allow for instructions how to use the MS O365 app in the MS O365 environment, some 15 min extra time might be suitable.

      Learn about the settings before training!

      We recommend using two screens on the same computer for distance learning. This allows you to share your desktop with a trainer in case of a problem. Alternatively, you can use two computers.

      With "Two Tactics", you can follow the lessons and tasks at the same time:

      • If you have two computers at your disposal, put training on another machine and work on another machine yourself.
      • If you use two screens on the same computer, move the screens to Extended desktop mode to get a different image for both screens (Windows + P shortcut). In this mode, you can put training on one screen and track it on another.
      • Tip: Instead of having a separate second screen, you can also use the projector if one is available.  

      NOTE! If these options are not possible, your training day may become challenging. Tracking your training and performing activities on the same screen can make learning difficult.
