Goal

This training helps participants use Microsoft 365 Copilot more effectively in everyday work. The goal is to strengthen practical skills for creating, refining, and managing content efficiently in a professional context.

Target audience

This training is designed for basic users, business leaders, IT professionals, and anyone interested in using AI-powered tools in the workplace. The training is suitable for all Microsoft Copilot work versions.

Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot before attending. These fundamentals can be learned by completing Microsoft 365 Copilot 1 – Basics.

Software version

The training is conducted using Microsoft 365 Copilot either through a web browser or desktop application. Some topics require a separate Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription, but the training is also suitable for those using only the work version of Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 work subscriptions.
