Terms of delivery

Training events

Invitations to the training sessions are personal and each participant must register separately.

The provider will endeavour to carry out the training as agreed – if there are any changes to the schedule, the provider will inform the customer immediately. The provider shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delayed delivery. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery.

Events with free admission

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, we will charge €50 + VAT at 24% for catering and pre-arranged appointments.

Terms of payment

We add VAT at 24% to the price of the training event. The term of payment is 14 days net. Exceptions must always be agreed separately.

Terms of cancellation

Open training events

The customer has the right to cancel a registration made through distance selling 14 days before the start of the training event free of charge. In case of later cancellation, we will charge the full amount. Cancellation must be made in writing. The customer has the right to have another participant replace him/her free of charge. We do not charge cancellation fees if the participant presents a medical certificate for their cancellation.
