Koulutukseen osallistujalla on hyvä olla hallussa on-premise virtualisointiteknologioiden osaaminen (virtuaalikoneet, -verkot ja -kovalevyt), verkko- ja tietoliikennepalveluiden osaaminen (mm. TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, palomuurit sekä salausteknologiat), software Defined Networking (SDN) tuntemus, verkkojen yhdistämistekniikoiden (esim. VPN) tuntemus sekä korkean käytettävyyden sekä palautumisen ratkaisuiden tunteminen.
